Taking into account cultural Rights in Jazz & Current Music

More and more often used by elected representatives and technicians of local authorities who want to see cultural rights taken into account in the areas they cover, the notion of cultural rights remains little understood by cultural players and artists alike. The philosophical context of this legal notion will be recalled, followed by the testimonies of professionals who will present collective, inclusive actions that take into account audiences and territories in terms of distribution, artistic education and governance. Finally, particular attention will be paid to possible applications in the field of contemporary music.
